Condominium associations continue adapting to enhanced structural safety requirements under SB 4-D, while climate resilience investments increasingly compete with other building maintenance priorities. Together, insurance, maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and environmental adaptation form a growing share of total housing costs that remain largely invisible during initial property purchases.
